Our client is a global integrated / advertising production agency seeking a Digital (or Integrated but Digi Heavy) Project Manager to manage varied campaign work across different markets worldwide for a well-known global client. This role involves working on high-profile international campaigns within a dynamic environment. The team is friendly, and the culture is positive.
As a Project Manager in a global agency, you will collaborate closely within the account and project teams , translating client briefs into media schedules. You will coordinate with UK and offshore teams, and third-party suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
The work involves managing several major campaigns annually, primarily short-form social ads for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, along with banner ads (HTML5 and static) and some digital OOH. You may also handle out-of-scope work, including integrated campaigns like OOH print.
You will own the process from initial briefs and creative assets to final adaptations across various sizes, formats, and markets, addressing issues and client feedback.
Experience with social and banner campaigns is essential, with familiarity in digital adaptation work across banners, social, and digi OOH. Comfort working from media schedules is important; exposure to print or integrated campaigns is a plus but not mandatory. The agency is open to upskilling in print if you have strong digital experience.
This role requires ability to handle pressure and quick turnarounds on large schedules. Attention to detail and responsibility over projects are crucial.
The Project Manager should be client-facing and skilled in relationship-building with media agencies, third parties, studio, and quality teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking briefs from clients and building good relationships with them.
- Creating timelines and booking work in.
- Ensuring the studio and other teams are briefed correctly.
- Getting work approved internally before delivery to the client.
- Managing financials on projects to ensure correct billing and timely payments.
