We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Manager (Part-Time) to join our client’s growing digital agency. This is a key role focused on developing and executing effective lead generation strategies across multiple digital channels, including LinkedIn, PPC, and inbound marketing. With a focus on innovation and measurable results, they are expanding their team to enhance their lead generation efforts through smarter digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimise LinkedIn outreach strategies to generate quality B2B leads.
- Plan and execute PPC campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to attract inbound enquiries.
- Create inbound marketing strategies including content marketing, automated email workflows, and lead nurturing.
- Identify and trial new digital channels to improve lead acquisition.
- Use CRM tools to track, manage and report on lead pipeline.
- Work collaboratively with internal sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Analyse campaign performance and continually refine strategies to maximise ROI.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on lead generation.
- Demonstrable expertise in LinkedIn outreach, PPC (Google & LinkedIn Ads), and inbound content strategies.
- Confident in setting up and optimising digital channels from scratch.
- Strong knowledge of CRM and CRM implementation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
