They primarily serve the turf care and garden equipment sector, as well as general industrial applications. Committed to innovation, quality, and customer service, they are seeking a dynamic Website Executive to enhance their digital presence.
The Website Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's website and database/CRM systems. Using existing and new technologies, the successful candidate will build new pages and features to maximise the platform's capabilities. They will also identify and implement innovative ideas aligned with business objectives to improve user experience and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Website Management: Oversee daily operations of the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and engaging.
- Database/CRM Management: Manage and optimise database and CRM systems to enhance customer journeys and data integrity.
- Content Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, develop, and execute engaging digital marketing campaigns, including automated workflows and ad hoc emails. Monitor and optimise email performance to maximise engagement and conversion rates.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to monitor website traffic and campaign performance. Analyse data to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
