About Us

We’re a fast-growing eCommerce agency working with ambitious brands to scale their online performance. We specialise in delivering data-led strategies across paid media, creative, and CRO – helping our clients drive real, measurable growth.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of paid media campaigns across a portfolio of eCommerce clients – planning, executing and optimising strategies that drive traffic, sales and ROI. You’ll be comfortable across both search and social platforms, with a strong understanding of eCommerce dynamics and digital performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and optimise multi-channel paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Manage budgets effectively to hit client KPIs and maximise ROAS
  • Analyse performance data and deliver actionable insights through clear reporting
  • Collaborate with creative, CRO, and strategy teams to align campaign messaging and landing experiences
  • Build strong relationships with clients, presenting results and recommendations with confidence
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates, proactively testing new approaches

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ hands-on experience in PPC and Paid Social, ideally within an agency or eCommerce-focused role
  • Proven success managing performance-led campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
  • Confident in data analysis, with experience using GA4, Looker Studio, or similar tools
  • Comfortable working across multiple accounts and managing competing priorities
  • Strong communication skills, both internally and with clients
  • A curious mindset with a passion for continuous testing and learning

Nice to Have

  • Experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest, or other emerging paid media platforms
  • Understanding of product feeds and tools like Feedonomics or GMC
  • Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento
  • Knowledge of attribution modelling and conversion tracking setups

What We Offer

  • Hybrid working (2–3 days in our London office)
  • Competitive salary + performance-based bonus
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Personal development budget and regular training
  • Opportunity to work with exciting DTC and challenger brands
  • A collaborative team environment where ideas are encouraged and impact is real
