Duties & Responsibilities
- Proven track record of navigating a clients’ end-to-end Digital Transformation program from strategy, phantomization, cloud migration, modernization, and optimization.
- Supporting strategies, governance, adoption roadmaps, and operating models to support Digital Transformation programs.
- Developing business cases, TCO, and ROI models to support Digital Transformation programs.
- Acting as a trusted advisor for key stakeholders in the client (CIO, CTO, lead EA) to create and identify opportunities.
- Working with broader teams (CoEs, Sales, practice teams, delivery teams) to shape, develop, and convert opportunities into large and profitable projects and programs.
- Adapting to evolving business landscapes and emerging technologies with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Acting as a thought leader for clients in pre-sales and sales discussions, including tech days, Executive briefing sessions, strategic workshops, etc.
- Leading the building of, and contributing to, repeatable digital technology patterns and artifacts such as industry-specific reference architectures, API/Integration patterns, and Microservices archetypes.
Required Skills
- Over 10+ years of experience in Digital technologies and IT.
- Experience delivering large-scale Digital Transformation programs and projects in complex enterprise environments.
- Operating for at least 3 years in a client-facing role, driving opportunities, revenue, and delivery, engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Industry knowledge in Banking, Retail, Manufacturing, Health Care, or Life Sciences.
- Deep familiarity with leading EA frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, FEAF, ArchiMate, or Gartner EA.
- Understanding of Digital Transformation strategies and solutions enabled by AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Expertise in application modernization and Microservices.
- Experience with platform technologies like Salesforce, SAP, and ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of Hybrid Cloud security solutions, including Cloud-native security.
- Experience in Cloud assessments, migration methodologies, and design patterns like Landing zones.
- Understanding of Cloud-native capabilities such as Kubernetes, Docker, and platforms like OpenShift, Pivotal.
- Knowledge of Cloud service management and operating models.
- Understanding of Data infrastructure solutions including Hyper-converged, Virtualization, Storage, SD WAN.
- Proven success in IT Consulting or Management Consulting with regional or global firms, with experience in delivery and business development.
- Experience in delivering workshops, assessments, strategies, roadmaps, designs, and deployment plans.
- Track record of executing digital/technology client transformation programs.
- Ability to develop and expand client relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Experience shaping large, complex deals across multiple practices.
- Ability to articulate the vision for modern engineering and operations, and to outline a path toward a target operating model.
