An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Design Project Manager to join a well-established and innovative design studio in London. The studio specialises in working with luxury hospitality clients to deliver interior design, environmental design, signage, and wayfinding solutions. What you’ll be doing:

  • As Project Manager, you will lead large-scale design-led projects – managing both creative output and logistical delivery.

  • Working in close collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team that includes interior designers, graphic designers, and FF&E specialists, the role will be central in ensuring cohesive project outcomes.

What experience you’ll need to apply:

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager, Design Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Design Project Lead or Project Lead.
  • Proven experience leading interior, branding and/or wayfinding projects from concept to completion.
  • Experience gained in an interior, architectural, wayfinding, or environmental design agency.
  • Strong design credentials with a portfolio demonstrating creative flair and technical ability.
  • Experience in managing timelines, budgets, and team resources.
  • Proficient in CAD software (Vectorworks knowledge advantageous), with strong 2D/3D skills.
  • Confident in presenting to clients and leading meetings with stakeholders.
  • Skilled in FF&E specification, contractor liaison, and on-site coordination.
