We are seeking a talented Design Director with a strong background in graphic design to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading creative projects within client budgets while delivering top-tier designs.

About Our Client

Our client is a multidisciplinary studio comprising artists, designers, and creatives specializing in creating bespoke artworks and installations for leading developers, brands, architects, and designers. Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling pitch documents and research new opportunities in the public art space.
• Provide creative oversight on projects and workstreams, collaborating with the Global Creative Director.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to new revenue streams.
• Assist in recruiting and managing creative talent.
• Guide and nurture junior creatives, especially when not hands-on.

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years\’ experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to travel to clients\’ sites.
• Experience in wayfinding, demonstrating process and problem-solving behind concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent team player with the ability to meet deadlines.
