They are looking to hire a Demand Generation Manager to join their growing Marketing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead and scale lead generation strategies in a fast-evolving B2B SaaS business expanding across Europe & the US. What You’ll Do: Plan, execute & report on Demand Generation campaigns Build and optimise workflows and lead nurturing in HubSpot Analyse and optimise campaign performance Collaborate with content, design, and digital teams What We’re Looking For: At least 3 years of experience in a pure Demand Generation or performance marketing role, with a focus on pipeline creation and revenue impact Hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows, segmentation, reporting) Background in the B2B SaaS/Software/Tech Services industry , ideally with long sales cycles and complex buyer journeys Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics like ROI, CAC, CPL, and pipeline contribution Based within commuting distance to London, with occasional travel to Ireland for team meetings or industry events #J-18808-Ljbffr
