As one of our Self-Employed Core Delivery Drivers, you\’ll enjoy freedom, flexibility, and better financial rewards, plus all the support and benefits of being part of our wider Yodel team. No experience needed — the more you deliver, the more you earn.

Competitive rates for each parcel you deliver or collect: Typically, our Delivery Drivers can earn between £18 – £20 per hour (paid per parcel). We deliver promises as well as parcels, and we\’re raising our game by offering more reasons to join us. All rates are competitively enhanced considering business mileage and operational costs.

Daily & Weekly Payment Options: Yodel offers flexible payment options, including early access via an app provided by our partner Onsi, allowing you to access earnings from the next day, or a weekly payment cycle after four weeks of service.

Plenty of parcels to deliver: There are ample parcels to deliver, with weights up to 15kg and varying sizes. You can deliver and collect between 16-25 parcels an hour, depending on area and experience, over six days a week. The more parcels you deliver, the higher your earnings.

Freedom and flexibility: Plan your own route or use our award-winning app with simple instructions and optimization features. Communicate directly with customers and manage your deliveries easily.

Regular work in the same area: We deliver for major retailers, ensuring a steady flow of parcels. Stay local, familiarize yourself with the roads and customers, and enjoy consistent work.

Support and development: Enjoy the independence of self-employment with backing from our expert team and a dedicated Yodel representative to assist you.

The Life of a Core Delivery Driver: Each day is flexible. Use your mobile to scan parcels at delivery, ensuring safe receipt. We can arrange daily parcel collection or delivery within rural areas. Simple and straightforward!

What you\’ll need to show us: No experience required! We provide full training and support. Just:

• Access to an insured car or van (up to 3.5 tonnes)
• A full UK or EC/EEA driving license
• Proof of right to work in the UK
• IOS or Android smartphone
• Proof of own bank account
• A great attitude
