The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, installing, and managing our databases. You will ensure optimal database performance by analyzing database issues and monitoring database performance. Design, implement, and maintain database systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security. Manage and optimize databases on Azure, mainly Postgres, Cosmos DB, and SQL. Develop and maintain data integration workflows using Azure Data Factory. Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation. Implement and manage database security measures to protect sensitive data. Collaborate with development teams to design and optimize database schemas and queries. Utilize Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment of database changes. Ensure database backups, recovery, and disaster recovery plans are in place and tested regularly. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members on database-related issues. Stay up-to-date with the latest database technologies and best practices.
