What You’ll Do
As a Data Manager at PFM, you’ll play a vital role in managing and maintaining high-quality data for clients around the world. From handling advanced sensor configurations to resolving support tickets, you’ll be right in the action. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sensor Management: Install, validate, and upgrade sensors to ensure accurate and reliable data
- Helpdesk Collaboration: Resolve data and sensor-related queries, address offline notifications, and assist support teams
- Other Duties: Retrieve/scrape data and support client-specific tasks and issue lists
