Data Analyst - Tableau Specialist

Location: Remote – Ad Hoc visit to Central London office for Workshops

Salary/Rate: Up to £560 Per Day Inside IR35

Start Date: May 2025

Company Introduction: My client within the Professional services industry is immediately seeking an experienced Tableau Data Analyst with expertise in Tableau, SQL, and Data Visualisation.

This is a Greenfield project, allowing candidates to influence how things are done going forward.

The successful candidate should have created high-quality, usable business dashboards in Tableau, typically with 350-400 dashboard users.

• Excellent commercial Tableau experience is essential.
• Excellent commercial SQL experience is essential.
• Experience migrating Tableau reports to Snowflake Data warehouse is a plus.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Strong Data Visualisation and design skills in Tableau.
• Power BI experience.
• Proficiency with SQL, Snowflake, and DBT.
• Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud technologies, such as Lambda, S3, Athena.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:

• Develop and design reports and dashboards in Tableau.
• Update dashboards during Data Warehouse migration.
• Perform data cleansing, preparation, and modelling using DBT or AWS Athena.
• Gather requirements and translate into business needs.
• Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure is advantageous.
• Experience managing IT assets is a plus.
• Version Control experience is beneficial.
• GIT experience is a plus.
