Social network you want to login/join with:
- Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse data from various sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets, etc.).
- Map, clean, and process data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and recommend master data management improvements.
- Develop reports and data visualizations using Power BI.
- Create and maintain solution and data-flow diagrams to support governance and documentation.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards such as GDPR.
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure data accessibility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in BI, Data Analysis, or Reporting, preferably in financial services.
- Proven experience in data analysis across at least two large-scale HR system replacement projects involving data migration (ideally SAP SuccessFactors and Sage People).
- Strong expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
- Hands-on experience working with data across the Hire to Retire value stream.
- Ability to work with large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of data security, GDPR compliance, and best practices in data governance.
