About the Role

Your enthusiasm for bikes and your customer service skills will drive your success in this role. You will deliver high standards of cycle service and repair, working on a variety of cycles including kids, adult, premium, performance, and electric bikes. Your goal will be to impress every customer.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and repair work on cycles
• Assist in developing team members
• Maintain high-quality standards
• Help customers find and maintain their ideal bike

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in cycle service, building, and repair
• Customer service experience, preferably in retail or cycle services
• Ability to share expertise with others
• Experience working with sales targets
• Availability for rota work, including weekends
