About the Role
Your enthusiasm for bikes and your customer service skills are key to success in this role. You will deliver high standards of cycle service and repair, working with a variety of cycles including kids, adult, premium, performance, and electric bikes. Your goal is to impress every customer.
Responsibilities
- Perform service and repair work on cycles
- Develop and support team members
- Maintain high quality standards
- Help customers find and maintain their ideal bikes
Candidate Profile
Experience in retail or cycle services is preferred, but practical skills and a passion for customer service are also valued. We provide training to help you develop your career within the Group.
Requirements
- Experience in cycle servicing, building, and repair
- Experience in customer service, ideally in retail or cycle services
- Ability to share expertise with others
- Experience working with sales targets
- Availability for rota work, including weekends
