The ideal candidate will have proven experience in management, organizational and prioritization skills. Required: Experience and/or excellent understanding of Customer Success and/or Account/Relationship Management, with a track record of customer retention and growth. Experience and/or good understanding of billing and contractual matters in a B2B environment. Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English are required. Excellent communication, listening, and analytical skills (mandatory). Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Basic understanding of IoT products and solutions. A structured β€œcan-do” approach to handling open matters and tasks in a demanding environment. Methodical and conscientious documentation skills.
