Customer Accounts Administrator
Location: Fareham
Overall Purpose/Objectives of Role:
- Assist a team of Customer Account Reps with their daily administration tasks.
- Support other departmental teams as needed.
- Order entry onto MAX system.
- Scanning documents and filing appropriately.
- Raising repair and spare quotes as required.
- Communicating current workload to your manager daily.
- Organising and prioritising workload, emails, and meetings efficiently.
- Providing general support to the team.
- Proven experience and understanding of working with SAP systems.
Skills/Requirements:
- Prior administrative experience.
- Handling of sales and purchase orders.
- Ability to collate bids to aid business growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
