They are now seeking customer service advisors to join their team, offering hybrid working: based both in their modern Edinburgh city office and from home, providing the best of both worlds. As a customer service advisor, you will provide the highest level of assistance within their Omni-Channel Contact Centre via telephone, live chat, and email to support customers through their purchasing journey, liaising with network partners and suppliers.
