Job Title: Customer Service – Personal Banker (6 months), Bath
Join us as a Customer Service, Personal Banker in Bath.
Responsibilities include:
- Guiding and supporting branch customers to achieve their financial goals.
- Proactively enhancing the customer banking experience.
- Achieving a Foundation Certificate in Responsible Banking with full training support.
- Role duration: six months, ending on 31st December 2025.
- This position does not meet Skilled Worker visa sponsorship requirements.
What you\’ll do
As the first point of contact, you\’ll provide outstanding service, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience through:
- Proactive conversations to understand customer needs.
- Handling banking requests like payments, balance inquiries, and transfers.
- Explaining banking options and services.
- Identifying opportunities to assist with financial products and collaborating with teams.

Compensation and Benefits
Starting salary: £26,010 pro rata. Benefits include:

Additional Information
Flexible working hours within branch hours (9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, rotational Saturdays, some bank holidays). The training program includes ongoing coaching, support, and study towards external qualifications to support your career growth.
