- Location: Natwest/Ulster Bank, Belfast City Centre – office-based training and grad bay (7 weeks). Hybrid work after training. Great public transport links!
- Shifts: Full-time – 40 hours/week, hours between 07:00 and 01:00
- Training Duration: 3 weeks onsite, 4 weeks grad bay onsite
- Probity Checks: Credit, Criminal, Sanctions, and Fraud checks. Must evidence last 2 years employment and 5 years address history.
Job Responsibilities: Provide proactive and reactive customer service to ensure customers meet their financial goals and arrangements.
Key duties include educating customers about banking options, completing processes compliantly, and ensuring positive customer outcomes.
Role Expectations: Deliver excellent service, support customers in choosing banking options, complete processes accurately, and resolve issues promptly.
Skills Required: Customer service experience, relationship management, organizational skills, excellent communication, regulatory environment familiarity, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
