• Location: Natwest/Ulster Bank, Belfast City Centre – office-based training and grad bay (7 weeks). Hybrid after training. Great public transport links!
• Shifts: Full-time, 40 hours/week, between 07:00 and 01:00
• Training Duration: 3 weeks onsite, 4 weeks grad bay onsite
• Probity Checks: Credit, Criminal, Sanctions, and Fraud checks. Must evidence last 2 years employment and last 5 years address history.

Provide proactive and reactive customer service to ensure clients meet their financial obligations aligned with their goals.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service at first contact, support banking education, complete processes accurately, and ensure positive customer outcomes.

Role as Customer Service Advisor
Provide excellent service, educate on banking options, complete processes compliantly, and support customer needs.

Daily Tasks
Conduct financial reviews, manage your diary, support colleagues, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills
Experience in customer service, relationship management, organizational skills, communication skills, regulatory environment experience, technology proficiency, and customer focus.
