We are delighted to be partnered with our successful, professional and very friendly client as they seek to recruit an additional full time Customer Service Advisor to join their team at their offices in Haywards Heath. This role is an office based position and offers an excellent opportunity to work within a brilliant insurance / financial services based company.

The role offers a daily mix of phone based customer service and administration work in a busy and very friendly office within an expanding and stable organisation.

Customer Service Advisor - duties include:
  • Answer and resolve customer queries and take ownership of the task, via telephone and email.
  • General policy administration.
  • Pro-actively follow up customer enquiries and convert to policies where possible.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is exceeded.
  • Produce high quality documents and maintain computer records.
  • Gain a strong knowledge and understanding of company products.
  • Ensure company and regulatory policies are complied with.
  • Undertake regular learning and development.
Experience, competencies and knowledge required:
  • Experience within a telephone based or customer facing / support role.
  • Good general education, including GCSE’s (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Customer focussed - a passion for customer service and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good prioritisation and time management skills along with high accuracy levels.
  • Good IT skills and keen to learn and develop on new systems.
