A high-growth consumer brand is looking for a hands-on Senior CRM Executive to join their dynamic and growing CRM Automation team. The company is renowned for its fast-paced, collaborative culture and is focused on driving personalised customer engagement through high-quality CRM campaigns and automation journeys.

As a Senior CRM Executive, you’ll join the automation function within the wider CRM team. You’ll be responsible for delivering automated lifecycle campaigns across loyalty and re-engagement journeys — working closely with segmentation, HTML build, and personalisation logic. Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute automated lifecycle journeys across email and SMS.
  • Develop and manage basket abandonment, welcome, reactivation, and loyalty campaigns.
  • Use HTML and modular templates to build campaigns – drag-and-drop experience alone is not sufficient.
  • Segment customers using behavioural and transactional data to drive personalised content.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with loyalty and BAU CRM teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on CRM campaign experience.
  • Proficient in HTML for email builds.
  • Strong segmentation and personalisation understanding.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Marigold, Braze, SFMC).
  • Comfortable working 3x per week from the Redditch office.
  • Experience in consumer or retail CRM.
  • Exposure to campaign testing and performance analysis.
Why Apply?
  • Fast-moving CRM environment
  • Strong blend of creative and technical work
  • Collaborative and supportive CRM team
