As a Business Analyst in our CRM team, you will be responsible for managing stakeholder requests, analyzing problems, and translating business needs into technical stories. You will serve as a bridge between sales, service, marketing stakeholders, and our multidisciplinary team.
The CRM team supports multiple commercial units across our brands, managing tools like Salesforce, Docusign CLM, AI solutions, and Events Management to enhance customer engagement and service. The team comprises around 30 members with diverse skills in London, UK, and Sofia, Bulgaria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze business needs.
- Translate requirements into actionable stories for technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops to align priorities.
- Lead analysis efforts for CRM projects, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Support and coordinate with fellow Business Analysts.
