They’re currently hiring a Customer Data Analyst to support their Audio Division , helping shape smarter decisions across marketing, competitions, content strategy, and audience development.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Customer Data Analyst will have the following role and responsibilities:
- Analyse audience behaviour across digital and audio platforms to uncover trends, preferences, and engagement drivers
- Work on key initiatives such as audience segmentation, competition targeting, and campaign performance analysis
- Contribute to strategies aimed at growing listener bases and expanding digital reach
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver insights that influence decision-making
- Support A/B testing and experimentation to evaluate new ideas and optimise campaigns
- Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The perfect candidate will have the following skills and experience, but please do apply even if you don\’t tick every box:
- Proficient in SQL for data querying and analysis
- Experience in customer or product analytics
- Exposure to A/B testing or test-and-learn frameworks
- Strong storytelling skills—able to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Collaborative mindset and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
- Experience in media, digital, or gambling industries is a plus
