You will spearhead customer data strategy and drive data-driven decision making across our rapidly expanding digital commerce operations. Key Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive customer data strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets. Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives across Commercial, Marketing, and Website teams to identify customer opportunities. Manage Customer Data Platform roadmap, including data warehouse management, predictive modelling, and AI implementation. Oversee strategic agency partnerships to achieve analytics objectives and capability enhancement. Promote data-driven decision making while ensuring regulatory compliance. What you need to be successful Experience with Data Visualisation tools (e.g., Looker), Data Warehousing (e.g., Azure), and Activation tools (e.g., Adobe Campaign). Understanding of the e-commerce landscape, future opportunities, and challenges. Ability to challenge peers and leaders through questioning, prioritisation, and planning.
