About the Role
MKJ Ignite is working with one of the fastest growing D2C brands in the UK, based in Central London. The company has experienced significant growth and is looking to expand further.
They are hiring a CRM & Retention Manager to oversee the CRM & Retention functions. As a subscription-first business, customer loyalty and maximizing lifetime value (LTV) are crucial.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of CRM, Retention, and Email Marketing experience, preferably in a subscription D2C brand.
- Proven skills in CRM, Email, Loyalty, Retention Marketing, and SMS.
- Experience using Klaviyo is essential.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset.
- Passion for e-commerce and a successful B2C marketing track record.
