Senior Email Marketing Manager, Global

Key Responsibilities:

1. Email Campaign Development:
   • Design, build, and test email templates
   • Ensure all emails are responsive and compatible across various email clients
   • Incorporate personalized content and product recommendations to enhance email automation alongside regular and brand campaigns
   • Conduct rigorous testing for deliverability, rendering, and responsiveness across devices and platforms
   • Support A/B testing for email subject lines, CTAs, designs, and copy to boost engagement and conversions
   • Troubleshoot email performance or display issues across clients
   • Set up multi-channel campaigns via our email service provider, covering the customer lifecycle from signups and welcome series to post-purchase communications, automations, and re-engagement campaigns
   • Maintain updated and segmented email lists for targeted campaigns
   • Collaborate with regional Email teams to align campaigns with marketing goals
   • Assist Clienteling team with program builds for outreach campaigns
   • Support Paid Media team with audience targeting within campaigns
   • Coordinate with CRM/database teams to ensure accurate audience segmentation and data integrity
2. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
   • Monitor key email metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, and unsubscribe rates

Key Qualifications:

• Enthusiastic about a new role in a leading luxury retailer
• Experience in email/multi-channel campaign development, using templates or HTML coding within an ESP
• Technical knowledge of ESPs like Emarsys
• Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
• Fast, methodical approach to campaign execution
• Ability to work independently with support from a small team
