Significant experience as a Business Systems Analyst on CRM programmes, preferably with all stages of the lifecycle. Experience delivering Microsoft D365 in a sales environment, particularly around Configure Price Quote (CPQ). Proactive, personable, and an excellent communicator. Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. Knowledge of best practices in CRM and related methods. Confident, but humble.
