You\’ll be the key link between creative, media, and clients. Job title: Creative Operations Manager Location: Remote Salary: Up to £50K Key Responsibilities: Oversee all creative project workflows from request to delivery. Own and maintain Notion project database. Develop and track project plans, timelines, and budgets. Manage internal and external stakeholder communication. Design and implement process improvements. Enforce operational guidelines and address bottlenecks. Manage creative team workload and freelance resources. Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and process management. Lead post-project debriefs for continuous improvement. Must-Have Skills: 3+ years project management/creative operations experience (agency preferred). Exceptional organisation and multitasking abilities. Clear and confident communication skills. Client-focused mindset. Passion for process design and implementation. Effective leadership and teamwork skills. Tech-savvy, ideally with Notion/Asana proficiency. Experience in remote collaboration. Nice-to-Have Skills: Paid social media knowledge.
