You will be responsible for:
- Preparing inter parties bills of costs in both traditional and electronic formats
- Drafting cost budgets and estimates for Pre-Trial questionnaires
- Conducting risk assessments
- Preparing Points in Reply
- Managing the complete cost recovery process
- Assisting with Precedent R and T revisions
- Offering expert guidance on all cost-related matters
- Collaborating with internal teams
- Delivering training
- Staying updated on relevant case law
