Corporate Lawyer (4+ PQE) – Corporate M&A – US Law Firm (London)

A leading US law firm in London is seeking a Corporate Lawyer with 4+ years PQE to join its highly regarded Corporate M&A team. The successful candidate will have significant experience in public M&A and have worked at a top City or international law firm. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-value, cross-border M&A transactions, advising major corporates, private equity firms, and financial institutions.

You will be responsible for:

1. Leading and advising on public M&A transactions
2. Drafting and negotiating complex legal documents
3. Conducting due diligence
4. Managing client relationships

With direct exposure to senior partners and clients, you will be involved in some of the market\’s most high-profile deals. The firm offers a collaborative environment with strong career development opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be qualified in England and Wales or another commonwealth jurisdiction, with strong technical legal skills and a track record in public M&A. You should have the ability to manage complex transactions, work well under pressure, and have a proactive, client-focused approach.
