The firm is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Senior Associate or Counsel to join the Corporate team in London, with the potential for immediate partnership for those who demonstrate a compelling business case. About the Role
You will work on a broad range of complex and high-value transactions including private equity, M&A, and cross-border matters, across a diverse client base. This is a platform for individuals who can bring:
- A proven or emerging client following or transferable relationships.
- Demonstrable deal flow or pipeline.
- A strategic plan to grow a book of business, ideally in alignment with their mid-market and private capital focus.
- Enthusiasm for leveraging the global platform and sector strengths (e.g., real estate, private capital, tech, financial services).
Ideal Candidate
- 7+ years PQE, with strong technical and transactional experience in corporate law.
- A self-starter with commercial acumen and a track record of delivering for clients.
- An existing client following is desirable; equally, a credible business case demonstrating ability to originate, win and grow client mandates will be considered.
- Experience of working with private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, or high-growth businesses will be an advantage.
- Willingness to collaborate across offices and practices within a global, integrated firm.
