• 1+ years of experience and knowledge in corporate actions.
• Ability to promote a positive and inclusive culture, aligned with company values and D&I goals within divisions or departments.
• Proven ability to maintain high performance standards with a focus on customer outcomes, profitability, and shareholder value.
• Proficiency in risk management and control frameworks, including identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks with effective controls.

OVERVIEW | Corporate Actions Analyst

You will be responsible for maintaining records and reporting of corporate actions, dividends, and other income events. This includes ensuring all daily and periodic tasks are completed, resolving reconciliation discrepancies, and fostering strong relationships with clients, custodians, transfer agents, vendors, and other stakeholders by addressing their needs and ensuring service satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing operational risks, and supporting the implementation of effective risk management frameworks.
