About the Role: Skill: Control M, BMC Control Type: FTE or Subcontractor Mode: Hybrid, 3 days onsite Location: UK – Sheffield Qualifications: Extensive experience designing and architecting Control M solutions with strategic planning skills Deep technical expertise in Control M, including plugin integrations and automated testing frameworks Broad IT infrastructure knowledge, cybersecurity compliance, and operational resilience understanding Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and manage organizational change Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Experience with observability tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and open telemetry Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation Relevant certifications such as BMC Certified Associate or Professional in Control M are highly desirable Key Responsibilities: Define and drive a comprehensive Control M strategy aligned with organizational goals Develop and maintain a product roadmap for 1-3 years with priorities and innovations Collaborate with the Control M vendor to influence their roadmap based on internal needs Engage with stakeholders across departments to gather and prioritize requirements Communicate strategy and roadmap through presentations and technical briefings Build relationships across teams to ensure successful initiative adoption Lead testing strategies, including automated functional and non-functional testing Design a proactive monitoring framework using tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and open telemetry Implement automated operational processes to improve efficiency Feature Innovation & Self-Service Enablement: Identify and prioritize new features based on feedback Develop self-service tools to enhance user experience and compliance Define DevOps strategies, including CI/CD pipelines Establish cybersecurity frameworks tailored to Control M environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
