Are you ready to lead a large contract transition for one of our high profile clients? You will take full ownership of the tender – from managing the supplier selection process to ensuring a seamless transition and mobilisation of a new or renewed contract. You will be the key point of contact across the business, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and delivery stays on track. This is an 18 month fixed term contract with flexible hybrid working, bonus scheme and very generous holiday allowance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end tender and transition process
- Develop and drive the delivery plan, ensuring timely completion
- Manage supplier reviews, demonstrations, and selection
- Oversee the mobilisation of the new supplier or contract terms
- Act as the key interface across IT, Legal, Finance, H&S, and Governance teams
- Provide regular project updates and reporting to stakeholders
- Drive contract implementation, compliance, and governance
- Resolve complex contractual issues and identify opportunities for improvement
- Define data and process requirements to support continuous improvement

- Experience in contract transitions, transformation, and commercial delivery
- Ideally a background within facilities management
