Content & Marketing Executive – 6 Month Contract – Up to £120p/d Inside IR35 – London/Hybrid

A leading global Media business is seeking a Content Marketer to join them to support on a portfolio of work over the coming months on a Hybrid model. You will be translating marketing strategies into engaging content across multiple channels for users and optimizing social media performance. This is a great role for someone who is keen to develop their skill set in a fast-paced environment with the potential of moving into a permanent role after 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and distributing marketing campaigns and content across multiple channels (website, email, PPC, social and blog)
• Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects
• Playing a key part in visitor and exhibitor lead generation campaign planning and delivery
• Creating and managing event and onsite social media plan (including liaising with photographers and videographers)
• Optimizing website content for user journey and SEO optimization
• Ensuring marketing campaigns are regularly tested for their performance against targets, to refine and drive the future content strategy
• Translating the brand into the live onsite experience for our customers. This includes working with the wider event teams to support with onsite delivery
• Strong copywriting skills across various channels including social media, emails, and blog articles
• At least 2 years’ experience in content/social media marketing or marketing copywriting
• Experience using SEO
• A strong understanding of the Energy/Marine industry; with the ability to conduct strong market analysis to produce relevant content is desirable
• Strong project management/people management across a matrix structure
• System experience preferences: Eloqua, Canva, Smartsheet, and Social Media Channels (Desirable)
