Key Responsibilities: Fluency in German is required. Manage multiple workflows, combining marketing and content expertise with strong project management skills. Experience with content adaptation in creative agencies or client-side environments. Ensure content quality and timely delivery of agency work. Work with DAM/MLR tools. Collaborate with agency and internal teams to adapt centrally created content for local markets, ensuring compliance and localization. Manage content briefs, uploads, and localization processes. Position Purpose: Design and deliver impactful customer experiences for healthcare professionals and patients through integrated engagement solutions, focusing on personalized, outcome-oriented interactions grounded in insights and human-centered design. Major Accountabilities: Work with engagement and activation teams to adapt content based on customer journey and strategic plans. Coordinate with Content Hub for content production, changes, and localization to meet market requirements. Support content tracking, demand forecasting, and prioritization to ensure timely execution. Minimum Requirements: Fluent in German. Strong marketing, content, and project management skills. Experience with content adaptation and DAM/MLR tools.
