Consumer PR Account Executive

Who are we? We are PHA, a leading integrated communications agency with offices in London, Manchester, Leeds, and Boston. Founded in 2005 by our Chairman and former newspaper editor Phil Hall, we offer public relations, creative activations, social media, and digital marketing services to our clients. We are looking for a passionate, ambitious, and entrepreneurial Account Executive to join our Consumer team. You will support clients such as Cuisinart, Luxury Escapes, BERO, and ESN, with opportunities to work on broader agency projects. What will you be doing? Client responsibilities Deliver high-quality coverage for accounts regularly. Develop writing skills beneficial for client work. Share coverage updates with clients to demonstrate success. Ensure client-facing documents are accurate and current. Manage sections of client calls, prepare agendas, and document actions. Build relationships with clients under supervision. Growth Contribute to new business campaigns by identifying potential clients. Communicate successes and issues proactively to Account Managers. Support junior colleagues as needed. Industry knowledge Build contacts by meeting journalists, influencers, and key sector figures. Agency responsibilities Participate in agency activities, training, and social events.
