Role Responsibilities:

1. Oversee full project lifecycle, leading teams of consultants and analysts
2. Conduct structured analysis and primary research to inform strategies
3. Act as a key point of contact for client relationships and business development
4. Facilitate workshops and lead client meetings to present actionable insights
5. Guide the professional development of junior consultants
6. Operate effectively in fast-paced, complex environments as both strategist and project manager
7. Contribute to internal innovation and development of new consulting methodologies
8. Support growth by generating leads and building intellectual capital

Candidate Requirements:

1. Fluency in German and English is essential
2. Senior experience in management consulting or a senior business management role
3. Master’s degree required; MBA or PhD/academic experience preferred
4. Strong track record of delivering results and influencing senior stakeholders
5. Excellent analytical, leadership, and team development skills
6. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and improvement
7. Fluency in English; knowledge of another language is a plus
