The Role – Head of Operations/Construction/Projects Director – Facade/Cladding

Our client seeks an experienced Head of Operations to lead their Facades & Cladding division.

Preferred Experience: Main contractor experience, particularly within remediation.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery.

Responsibilities include working closely with the Division Director to ensure projects are programmed and delivered to high standards, overseeing procurement, quality, budget control, and client management.

• Proven technical competency and track record in managing multiple façade packages from pre-construction to delivery on flagship projects.
• Develop and monitor operational systems and processes to track goals, progress, and challenges.
• Manage procurement processes and coordinate resources and materials.
• Oversee programs from initiation to completion.
• Conduct or oversee client and subcontractor meetings as necessary.

This role involves 1 day in the office and full-time site work in London.
