Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Analyst/Consultant

Location: London (3 days office-based)

Salary: £60,000 per annum + package

Leading financial client seeks a CMDB Analyst with potential to progress to Solutions Architect. You’ll manage critical IT infrastructure documentation and relationships while developing architectural expertise.

The role would suit a technology graduate with CMDB experience and Server Side infrastructure looking for a career in Solutions Architecture or a CMDB Analyst with 2-3 years experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and document IT infrastructure across the organisation
• Maintain CMDB accuracy and compliance
• Create architectural diagrams and artifacts
• Experience of working with Jira and Confluence would be desirable
• Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across the business
• Participate in architecture documentation

Requirements:

• Technology degree + 3 years infrastructure/service management experience
• Strong CMDB knowledge
• Basic Jira/Confluence understanding (training provided)
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
