Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Compliance professional to join a leading Investment Manager in London. This role will support the investment teams with pragmatic, commercial advice on regulatory matters across portfolio management and trading, with a focus on Fixed Income.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Europe, the US, and Australia, playing a key part in advising on regulatory developments, governance, and new initiatives. Expect close collaboration with teams across Risk, Legal, and Investments.

What you’ll do:

• Advise on regulations affecting trading and portfolio management
• Support business initiatives and regulatory projects
• Work cross-regionally on global compliance topics
• Build relationships with key internal stakeholders
• Stay current on industry and regulatory developments
• Contribute to training and reporting for senior stakeholders

Requirements :

• 7+ years of Compliance experience in asset management (Fixed Income crucial)
• Strong knowledge of UCITS and MiFID regulations
• Commercial mindset and confident communicator
• Collaborative, analytical, and solutions-oriented
• Strong understanding of the investment landscape
