About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to lead the design and implementation of a compliance transformation programme, ensuring readiness for new regulatory regimes such as ESMA’s framework for ESG ratings providers. You’ll work across jurisdictions, interpret complex regulations, and embed best practices across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Lead compliance transformation projects and policy implementation
- Interpret ESG-related regulations and translate them into actionable frameworks
- Review and enhance the current compliance programme
- Develop monitoring systems and conduct internal audits
- Collaborate with legal, risk, and policy teams
