Proven experience with Skype for Business , Mattermost/Symphony , MS Teams Strong knowledge of persistent chat platforms (Symphony/Mattermost essential) Familiarity with Cisco UC Suite (Teams, Jabber, WebEx) Advanced scripting skills (PowerShell a must) Monitoring tools like Splunk , SCOM Strong infrastructure knowledge to support messaging platforms Solid understanding of Active Directory , SQL , Networking , Linux , and Virtual Platforms Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder engagement skills What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting and managing Unified Communications platforms Handling escalations, infrastructure deployments, and production changes Collaborating with Architecture & Engineering teams Monitoring performance, capacity, and availability Providing on-call support as needed (nights/weekends) Why Join Us?
