Commercial Lawyer

We are seeking a German-qualified Commercial Lawyer to support our customer, a dynamic, consumer-facing company operating at the intersection of advertising, fundraising, and entertainment . This is a short-term contract role, ideal for a commercially minded legal professional with a strong understanding of B2C operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide pragmatic legal advice on a broad range of commercial matters , particularly those involving B2C arrangements.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts , including marketing agreements, service provider contracts, and promotions.
3. Ensure compliance with German and EU regulations , particularly in consumer law, data protection, and e-commerce.
4. Advise on regulatory frameworks relevant to advertising and/or gambling , if applicable.
5. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across legal, marketing, and operations.

Requirements:

1. Fully qualified lawyer in Germany.
2. Demonstrated experience in commercial law , ideally within a B2C context .
3. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
4. Excellent communication skills in both German and English .
