We are working with a leisure-focused business providing hospitality & leisure venues across the UK with strong food concepts. The company is experiencing growth due to the booming UK tourist industry. They are seeking a new Commercial Director responsible for ROI analysis, risk management, exploring new commercial opportunities, working with sponsors and partners, leadership, and coaching. A strong sales and marketing background is essential.
This role reports directly to the CEO and involves developing the brand, managing partnerships, leading hiring during growth, overseeing promotions, marketing, and concept launches. The executive team, including the CEO and CFO, will be responsible for strategy and growth.
