Responsibilities include:

1. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including agreements, licenses, and vendor contracts.
2. Advising clients on contractual matters, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation.
3. Conducting legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
4. Providing legal guidance to internal stakeholders, including senior management.
5. Collaborating with teams to develop contract management strategies.
6. Assisting in resolving contract disputes, negotiations, and litigation support.
