We are actively seeking UK based lawyers with the following qualifications:

  • Qualified to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales preferred, other equivalent qualifications will be considered.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of legal experience in commercial contracting.
  • Excellent credentials, with a background in an in-house environment preferred.
  • Substantive experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts such as supply chain/logistics agreements, master service agreements, manufacturing agreements, technology agreements, vendor agreements, nondisclosure agreements, licensing agreements, etc.
  • Experience supporting global clients and partnering with and advising business units directly, providing guidance and practical solutions.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, interface directly with clients, and complete time-sensitive work product quickly.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal business clients, support staff, external resources, and other collaborators.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and function independently without extensive supervision.

Epiq Counsel partners with industry-leading clients in support of their sophisticated interim talent needs. Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model. Predominantly remote/hybrid work.

Compensation commensurate with experience and complexity of engagement, together with engagement support and coaching. We offer market beating benefits in the alternative legal services space, including: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension and comprehensive healthcare.
