Collections Executive

Job Title: Collections Executive We are seeking a Collections Executive to join our dynamic SME Credit team in Coventry. The role involves managing a portfolio of SME customers through telephone and email communication. The ideal candidate will have strong credit control experience and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve invoice queries, generating daily statements and reports, and maintaining regular communication with your line manager. Working Pattern This position is based in Coventry City Centre, Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00, with no evening or weekend work.
